Job summary

ReSound is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support production and calibration equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with Engineering on equipment improvements. You will troubleshoot process issues, diagnose device and equipment failures, and participate in CAPA and audit actions as needed.

A strong sense of urgency and adherence to regulatory requirements are essential in this production environment.

Qualifications

• LEAN methodologies applied to operations.
• Data acquisition/analysis for fact-based decisions.
• Experience in regulated environments (ISO 9001/13485, FDA QSR).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with core values: Listen, Challenge, Transform, Care and Commit.
• Understand production procedures including 3D printing and electromechanical assembly.
• Collaborate on new equipment implementation and improvements to existing processes.
• Represent the team to other operations groups and drive process improvements and data collection.
• Support facility layout changes and lead rework efforts as needed.
