Porta-King Building Systems is hiring a Manufacturing Electrician to install, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems in prefabricated buildings. You will work with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet project specifications and schedules.

The role requires reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and customer specifications, with adherence to NEC standards. Candidates should have NEC knowledge, and a high school diploma or equivalent, plus electrical training or apprenticeship.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Electrical training, apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and wiring schematics.

Mansioni

• Install electrical wiring, conduit, devices, panels, lighting, and equipment in prefabricated buildings.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and customer specifications.
• Lay out and install branch circuits, receptacles, switches, and panels.
• Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure code compliance and operation.
