QCELLS America, a leading solar manufacturing company based in Cartersville, Georgia, is hiring a Safety Specialist to advance our safety program and regulatory compliance. You will develop written safety programs, conduct incident investigations, and support ISO 45001/14001 audits to ensure a safe work environment.

The role requires strong communication and technical writing skills, plus experience with OSHA regulations and safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related EHS field; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience generating, preparing, and writing safety reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong writing ability.
• Presentation and training experience; familiarity with safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Expert knowledge on OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain written safety programs, forms and templates.
• Prepare safety reports, monthly internal and external reports.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop Job Safety Analysis, PPE assessments and lockout procedures.
• Identify noncompliance issues and work with plant to implement solutions.
• Respond to regulatory requests and enforcement actions, develop solutions.
• Assist in ISO 45001 & 14001 audits and certifications.
• Enforce safety policies and support Hazwoper training and emergencies.
• Perform basic life support, first aid and rescue functions; assist audits.
