Oatly AB is looking for an Environment, Health & Safety Manager to join our North America factory team in Millville, NJ. In this crucial role, you will manage safety compliance and work closely with site leadership and our global EHS team to foster a culture where safety comes first.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, managing hazardous waste, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental standards. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of EHS experience are required. We offer 20 days paid vacation and great benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.
• Proven compliance expertise and ability to build sound relationships.
• Confidence in influencing operators and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and environmental events.
• Own audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and OSHA standards.
