Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist to join our client's documentation and quality support team. You will ensure accuracy of manufacturing instructions and create visual aids, collaborating closely with the Quality Manager.

The role emphasizes reading blueprints, organizing document storage, and using Microsoft Office tools to translate masking instructions into clear visuals. A relevant associate degree and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage masking instructions and visual aids within the manufacturing facility.
• Work directly with the Quality Manager to ensure product and service standards are met or exceeded.
• Create and organize file structures for storage of documents, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Interpret masking instructions and translate them into visual aids using various software tools.
