CSI is seeking a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist to maintain our document management system, ensuring traceability of incoming materials used in hygienic stainless steel equipment manufacturing. You will create and manage outbound customer documentation, including Turn-Over Packages, and engage with customers to address questions and ensure on-time submissions.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Aufgaben

• Compile and manage documentation for customer Turn-Over Packages.
• Support Project Managers with documentation needs.
• Process and manage documentation for incoming materials.
• Create shop books for new documented jobs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission.
• Participate in FAT documentation reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, PMs, and engineering on QA checks.
• Maintain organized documentation and compliant records.
• Assist in maintaining document folder structure.
• Monitor documentation commitment dates.
• Tag and acquire cut-sheets and manuals to meet customer needs.
• Notify departments of special requirements with QC Supervisor.
• Assemble documentation packages before customer visits.
• Identify quality submittals and schedule with PM.
• Complete required Quality submittals.
• Engage in continuous improvement of documentation processes.
