Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating various PVC dip molding and coating ovens. No experience necessary.

Duties

• Operate and maintain ovens
• Set up machines according to specifications and established routing instructions
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to supplied prints
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Hanging and racking metal parts to prep for dip molding and/or coating
• Trim, inspect, un‑rack, package, and palletize after the oven process
• Assemble parts as needed

Experience

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
