Job summary

Aptyx in Oshkosh is seeking a Dip Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate PVC dip molding and coating ovens, monitor processes, and ensure products meet specifications. No experience required; training will be provided with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You will learn to read basic schematics, perform routine setups, and record production data. Shifts are 10 hours, 4x10, with weekends off and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read 2D drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust dip molding or coating equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
• Set up machines according to specifications and routing instructions.
• Operate secondary punch presses.
• Apply primer to parts to ensure bonding.
• Monitor machine operations for proper functioning.
• Inspect finished products against quality standards.
• Record production data.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient production.
• Follow safety protocols.
