Operator Job Summary

We are seeking an Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating various PVC dip molding and coating ovens. No Operator experience necessary.

Duties

Operate ovens
Set up machines according to specifications and established routing instructions
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to supplied prints
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Hang and rack metal parts to prep for dip molding and/or coating
Trim, inspect, un‑rack, package, and palletize after the oven process
Assemble parts as needed

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
