Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout shift.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Read CAD drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Assemble custom cutting dies using steel rule, rubber and wooden boards.
• Learn to safely operate precision tools and equipment.
• Work alongside experienced team members who will teach you the trade.
• Build high-quality tooling customers rely on every day.
