Qualifications
- Bachelor-level technical degree in a related field is required.
- Experience with complex electromechanical machinery or capital equipment.
- Ability to build, integrate, commission, and bring up complex machines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the manufacturing development engineering owner for subsystems, modules, or processes.
- Own manufacturing readiness from development through build, integration, commissioning, validation, and production handoff.
- Develop clear work instructions, SOPs, test procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
- Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve reliability and uptime.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering, Automation, Controls, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve manufacturability.
