Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Technology (Industrial or Mechanical) from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role (Production from Design to Market).
• Experience in welding, fabrication, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, millwright, controls, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Prototype development & fabrication; build proof-of-concept models and engineering prototypes, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, and conduct testing.
• Mechanical engineering & product development; create detailed drawings, BOMs, specs, and supplier coordination for cost/quality.
• Manufacturing process development; design assembly procedures, tooling, and inspection plans; improve efficiency and quality.
