Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Camden, Arkansas, seeks an analytical data-focused engineer to drive producibility and quality across manufacturing disciplines. You will transform shop-floor and program data into actionable reports, dashboards, and insights to guide daily decisions.

You will analyze cycle times, throughput, yield, scrap, labor, and capacity, translating them into metrics and recommendations that help reduce costs and surface risks early by partnering with program owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Analytics; and/or related experience in a defense or manufacturing environment.
• 0 to 2 years of experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic projects) in manufacturing, data engineering, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Python) and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana), demonstrated through work or academic projects.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industrial engineering data (cycle times, throughput, yield, scrap, labor, capacity) and translate it into metrics, dashboards, and recommendations that drive cost-effective decisions across Camden’s manufacturing programs, partnering with program owners to embed insights into daily decisions and surface risks early.
