Job summary
Lockheed Martin in Camden, AR seeks a Quality Engineer to apply quality principles across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
You will lead technical evaluations, investigations, and corrective actions, develop inspection strategies, and analyze processes and testing to ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 standards; a Lean Six Sigma mindset is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Experience in engineering or quality assurance, developing inspection methods, work instructions, and procedures for manufactured products.
- Knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of problem solving, troubleshooting, and RCCA.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, and drawings.
- Lead failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve internal and supplier performance.
- Design and analyze inspection and testing processes and equipment.
- Conduct statistical analysis to assess product and material compliance.
