Job summary

Saint-Gobain Granville is seeking a Process Data Technician to collect, clean, and analyze production and quality data within our World Class Manufacturing framework. The role involves close cooperation with Engineering, Quality, and Production to deliver clear reports and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma with 4+ years of technical experience, 2+ years in manufacturing, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with four or more years of relevant technical work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment; equivalent experience accepted.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; ability to interpret technical information.
• Experience with laboratory and industrial testing; English communication; SPC/Minitab/JMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves, validates, cleans, and merges data from plant, quality systems, labs and production databases.
• Develops datasets linking process conditions, materials, and quality results for analysis.
• Maintains process monitoring tools and SPC reporting; communicates findings to teams.
• Supports data gathering, documentation, and reporting for process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance on data requests and projects.
