Lifetime Products, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Data Analyst to join our team at the Clearfield, UT facility.

The role combines hands-on process knowledge with strong data analytics to improve process capability, labor efficiency, equipment utilization, and cost performance. You will collect, validate, analyze, and report manufacturing data, develop dashboards, support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and translate operational data into actionable engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, line balance, and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis, time studies, and capacity analysis.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or value stream mapping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report manufacturing data related to production output, labor utilization, scrap, downtime, throughput, material flow, equipment performance, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs (cycle time, OEE, capacity, yield, scrap, labor efficiency, process reliability).
• Support manufacturing engineering projects by analyzing current processes, layouts, work methods, line balance, and material handling.
• Perform time studies, capacity analysis, workflow analysis, and process performance evaluations to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to evaluate new product lines, tooling changes, and automation opportunities.
