Job summary

You will partner with manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams to drive productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and implement KPIs, kaizen, and lean initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau/PowerBI).
• 8+ years in manufacturing strategy/analysis with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a small team of Data Analysts to develop new solutions and improve existing ones.
• Engage with manufacturing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure success.
• Develop and implement manufacturing analytics to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Analyze production metrics, processes, and resource utilization to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
