Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience cleaning, reconciling, and validating real-world data across multiple sources.
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple engineering systems.
• Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data automation.
• Conduct root-cause and trend analysis to identify improvements.
• Document data sources and reporting logic to ensure repeatability.
• Mentor junior analysts for senior roles.
