Job summary

You will work with ERP and other operational data to identify trends, automate recurring reports, and present key findings and recommendations during Operations Reviews, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, engineering, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from ERP and operations sources.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics: production, quality, inventory, labor, and cost.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Automate recurring data collection and reporting processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests as needed.
