Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG) seeks a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead enterprise cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance across a multi-site manufacturing organization. You will partner with executives, engineering, operations, legal, and HR to protect IT and OT environments while enabling digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a cybersecurity/IT field or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity leadership experience listed.
• 8+ years leading enterprise cybersecurity organizations.
• Experience securing IT and OT environments within manufacturing.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and Boards and leading incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and budgets.
• Present cybersecurity risks, metrics, investment strategies, and emerging threats to executive leadership.
• Lead governance, risk management, and security operations across IT and OT domains.
• Oversee compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, DFARS, GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA as applicable, and related standards.
