Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (CISO or equivalent).
• Experience with SEC cybersecurity disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive voice on cybersecurity.
• Lead crisis communications and incident responses.
