Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3+ years of costing experience.
• Strong cost accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Plant Controller with focus on cost management.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Run planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Track performance metrics and provide variance analysis.
• Create accurate cost accounting reports.
• Review bills of materials.
