Lyntris seeks a Cost Accounting Manager to lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial reporting. You will own the close process, review journal entries, and partner with operations to improve profitability.

Strong ERP experience and Excel skills are essential for success in this role. The role requires managing inventory accounting, preparing cost analyses, and supporting internal and external audits while upholding ITAR/EAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Epicor ERP experience required.
• Advanced competency in Excel required.
• Experience managing inventory accounting and inventory account controls required.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Analyze variances in material, labor, and overhead; provide explanations.
• Monitor COGS and product margins; support cost reduction initiatives.
• Oversee AP/AR processes, ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Prepare cost reports, inventory valuation, and assist audits.
• Develop management reports and dashboards for operational performance.
