Qualifications

• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting (standard costing preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting and general ledger functions for manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and update standard costs for U.S. and international sites.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and provide actionable insights.
• Handle month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
• Support audits, inventory counts, and internal controls.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering on budgets, tracking, and analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous financial accuracy.
