Accelera Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Estimator and Technical Sales Engineer to bridge engineering and commercial outcomes. You will develop precise cost models for complex components and serve as the primary technical liaison for customers throughout the product lifecycle.

You will analyze RFQs, drawings, and specs to craft accurate quotations, collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality, and support new product launches with trials and change management.

Competenze

• Proven experience in manufacturing estimating, applications engineering, or technical project management.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings, BOMs and specs.
• Strong cost modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient Excel skills and ERP/CRM usage.

Mansioni

• Analyze RFQs, drawings, and specs to craft accurate, competitive cost estimates.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality to validate assumptions.
• Draft quotations with pricing, lead times, and technical scope.
• Evaluate production performance against estimates to refine pricing strategies.
• Serve as main client contact, providing technical guidance and commercial support.
• Review designs for manufacturability and assist tooling strategies.
