Job summary

Greenwood Fabricating & Plating, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Estimator to support estimating, quoting, and production data activities in our Greenwood, SC operations. This full-time first-shift role emphasizes precision and data integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will review drawings, enter data in ERP, maintain quotes, and coordinate with engineering and ops to ensure accurate labor and material costs.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing, estimating, project coordination, administrative support, or data management preferred.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and technical information.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate manufacturing cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
• Enter and maintain estimating data within ERP systems.
• Organize quote documentation and supporting project information.
• Help ensure accuracy of production, labor, and material data.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and internal departments.
• Update estimate revisions and track project changes.
• Support reporting, data collection, and process improvements.
• Assist with identifying discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
