What You’ll Do:

As a Manufacturing Cost Estimator, you will play a vital role in developing accurate quotes for our custom products, ensuring efficiency and value for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing engineering drawings and customer specifications
• Inputting Requests for Quotation (RFQs) into our internal system
• Collaborating with engineers and designers to explore cost-effective alternatives
• Estimating labor, material, and overhead costs for setup and production
• Communicating directly with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Calculating final selling prices and preparing professional quotations for customers
• Supporting internal teams and occasionally assisting with technical inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in cost estimation, CNC programming, or a related manufacturing field
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams such as Sales, Production, and Engineering
• Familiarity with CAD, CAM, or similar software is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or technical degree
