The Bolton Group, a growing global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Cost Analyst / Inventory Accountant to join its finance team. This hands-on role focuses on cost analysis, inventory accounting, and production support.

You will partner with Operations to analyze costs, perform standard costing and variance analysis, maintain accurate inventory records, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing cost accounting or cost analysis experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Knowledge of inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis.

Responsabilités

• Analyze inventory adjustments and discrepancies
• Support standard costing and variance analysis
• Prepare cost-driver reporting and financial analysis
• Support inventory audits and physical inventory activities
• Provide expense and financial reporting
• Partner with Operations on cost savings and process improvements
• Support manufacturing and production-floor activities
• Monitor inventory flow and help ensure accurate and timely accounting
