Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Internship or previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the month-end close and preparation of the monthly financial statements.
• Assist with interim and year-end audit.
• Assist with A/R and A/P and serve as a backup as needed.
• Analyze financial data and margins by product, identify discrepancies, and provide insight to Management.
• Assist in setting standard costs of manufactured goods and review bill of materials with Operations team.
• Analyze standard costs and review cost variances and inventory adjustments.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Recommend opportunities for cost reduction and profit maximization.
• Review and recommend changes to processes and procedures needed for data accumulation and reporting.
• Advise management on appropriate costing based on financial data.
• Assist with the coordination of the physical inventories.
• Help implement and monitor cycle counts.
