This site-embedded role focuses on cost accounting, month-end close, and manufacturing cost control at the Tulsa-area facility. Responsibilities include owning journal entries, cost of work orders, inventory valuation, and variance analyses, while partnering with Site Controllers and Corporate Accounting to ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred with at least two years of related experience.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment with standard costing, variance analysis, and production cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute all month-end close activities for the site, including journal entries, accruals, fixed asset and capital reporting.
• Lead daily costing of work orders in Sage X3 with production teams to ensure accurate cost data and operational metrics.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items timely.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure adherence to US GAAP and company policies.
• Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting related to inventory, cost accounting and fixed assets.
• Support audits and compliance with Corporate Accounting and Site Controllers.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation, standard cost updates, reserve calculations, and cycle counts.
• Analyze manufacturing performance metrics and cost trends and translate into actionable insights.
• Develop reporting tools for real-time financial/operational visibility for site leadership.
