Job summary

CFS in Wisconsin is seeking a Cost Analyst to help drive cost insights across manufacturing operations and accounting processes. You will partner with production, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to influence cost targets and decision-making based on BOMs and cost data.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee physical inventory processes.
• Maintain standard costs and review standard versus actual cost variances.
• Conduct production floor walkthroughs to investigate variances, reporting issues, and cost build-ups.
• Analyze bills of materials (BOMs) and raw material costs.
• Partner with production, engineering, and procurement teams to develop cost estimates and establish cost targets.
• Support general accounting activities and financial reporting processes.
