HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær in California is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Analyst to analyze, monitor, and control manufacturing costs, partnering with operations, supply chain, and finance to improve profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities include analyzing product costs (materials, labor, overhead); maintaining standard costs in ERP; conducting variance analysis; supporting monthly closings; and developing KPIs for cost performance.
The Manufacturing Cost Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and controlling manufacturing costs to improve profitability and operational efficiency. This role partners with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost reporting, identify cost reduction opportunities, and support strategic decision‑making.
The pay range for this position is $70,304 to $75,000 annually plus 10% bonus. Please note that the pay range provided is a good‑faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
