Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of accounting experience.
Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with detailed financial data.
Ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and operational teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow issues through to resolution.

Responsibilities

Support month-end close through journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger activity.
Maintain and analyze standard costs (material, labor, overhead).
Review bills of materials, routings, labor rates, overhead rates for accuracy.
Analyze variances: purchase price, usage, labor efficiency, overhead, scrap, inventory.
Investigate variances and communicate findings to management.
