Inceed, a staffing direct placement firm, is partnering with a Colorado-based manufacturing company to hire a Cost Accountant in Boulder. The role focuses on cost accounting, month-end close, inventory analysis, and financial reporting to maintain accurate cost records.

The candidate will analyze manufacturing costs, post standard costs, support audits, and ensure timely financial close in a hands-on environment. On-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of accounting experience.
• At least one year of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Process and analyze manufacturing cost transactions.
• Review direct sales cost of goods sold activity.
• Prepare journal entries and month-end close support.
• Analyze inventory reserves and manufacturing variances.
• Audit cycle counts and review inventory balances.
• Post direct labor hours and standard costs.
• Complete account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support annual audit and internal audit activities.
