In this role, you will be the driving force behind our product-cost visibility, providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial data across our manufacturing operations. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure product costs and margins are accurate, manufacturing variances

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing accounting and cost management.
• Strong background in standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Familiarity with BOMs, labor routings, and overhead allocation.
• Ability to perform manufacturing variance analyses and translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Product Costing & Margin Analysis: compute and maintain costs for parts, assemblies, and products.
• Labor, Material & Overhead Cost Analysis: evaluate costs and material usage, overhead rates.
• Standard Costing System Management: maintain standard costing and rollups.
• Inventory Valuation & Control: reconcile inventory and GAAP-compliant valuation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve cost reporting and processes.
