Qualifications

3+ years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing.
2+ years of Cost Accounting experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
Experience with ERP administration and module implementation.
Strong BI experience for standard reporting.
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage cost accounting and inventory processes for a growing manufacturing business.
Analyze standard costing concepts, production variances, and reporting.
Lead annual labor and overhead studies to set standard rates.
Oversee cycle counts and ERP inventory reporting accuracy.
Ensure month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations for inventory.
Develop improvements to control gaps and accuracy.
Prepare reports for external auditors and maintain policies.
