Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in accounting required.
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience preferred (2-3 years).
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with MRP/ledger systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support for capital development projects from approval to installation.
• Record manufacturing and overhead costs accurately.
• Analyze variances, monthly operating results, and key operating measures.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports of manufacturing results and performance.
• Assist in monthly closings and forecast processes.
• Maintain internal controls and assist audits; implement corrective actions.
• Assist in developing monthly forecasts and annual plans.
• Participate in plant staff meetings and management reviews.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Maintain Fixed Asset System for the location.
• Analyze inventory variances and manage inventory control cycle counts.
