Kforce partners with a manufacturing company in Holland, MI to hire a Manufacturing Cost Accountant responsible for costing and ERP-based analysis.

Responsibilities

Kforce is partnering with a manufacturing company in Holland, MI who is looking for a Manufacturing Cost Accountant on a direct hire basis. Summary: The Manufacturing Cost Accountant partners closely with Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to maintain accurate product costing and support manufacturing decision-making. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining standard costs, labor rates, overhead absorption rates, routing costs, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis. The position plays a key role in ensuring product costs accurately reflect manufacturing processes and operational realities. ERP system experience is required.

• 5+ years of experience with cost accounting


• Rate development experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
