Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to support daily Las Vegas operations, coordinating production activities, monitoring workflow, and ensuring material availability to meet schedules and customer commitments.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, stay organized, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, production coordination, operations, or supply chain environments.
• Experience in electronics/tech/high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to support manufacturing schedules and customer delivery commitments.
• Track work orders, production status, and material flow across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production schedules and escalate potential delays, shortages, or constraints that could impact delivery timelines.
• Ensure required materials, documentation, and resources are available to support manufacturing operations.
• Assist with production reporting, inventory transactions, and data entry within ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp activities by coordinating cross-functional requirements.
• Generate and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and operational documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Communicate production priorities and status updates to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist in resolving production-related issues and help drive timely corrective actions when necessary.

Position Summary

• Experience working in electronics, technology, server, storage, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, or manufacturing management systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional overtime as required.

Compensation: The anticipated salary for this position is $14.00 - $17.00 hourly.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
