CapstoneONE Search is representing a Fortune 500 manufacturing organization seeking a Controller to lead financial operations. The candidate will report to the General Manager and hold accountability for month-end close processes, financial analysis, and inventory transactions.

The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, including leading month-end close procedures. Additionally, advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Plant/Manufacturing Accounting experience necessary.
• Experience leading month-end close procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end close for operations with EBITA analysis.
• Analyze financial data to determine cost impacts.
• Provide detailed reports to executive leadership.
