Job summary

Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Controller to lead our accounting department. You will drive month-end close, maintain internal controls, and oversee cost accounting and audits.

You will develop a high-performing team and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Minimum requirements include significant accounting leadership in a manufacturing plant and a Masters in Accounting with CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people-development capabilities.
• Experience overseeing month-end close, controls, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting, AP, AR, and Cost Accounting functions and KPIs.
• Oversee monthly close and financial statement accuracy.
• Recruit, train, coach, and delegate to develop the team.
