Orbion Space Technology in Houghton, MI is seeking a Controller to develop accounting policies, oversee financial procedures, and monitor the company’s financial status. You will manage month-end close, US GAAP reporting, and budgeting processes.

The role emphasizes process improvement, internal controls, and collaboration with other departments to provide actionable financial insights. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance and manufacturing experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IAS.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and GL reconciliations.
• Lead month-end close per US GAAP.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate budgets and standard costs.
• Perform internal audits and assist external audits.
• Maintain internal controls and spend management.
