Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Controller (Manufacturing Experience Needed) to oversee our Accounting and Finance department. This role focuses on financial planning, analysis, controls, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will design org structure, supervise the team, manage budgets and audits, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Oracle experience is a plus and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior-level finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency with Oracle financial software.
• Strong understanding of finance, budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting department's operations and structure.
• Supervise the accounting team and provide guidance.
• Develop and implement best practices for financial management and control.
• Produce timely financial reports and present findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Manage annual budget, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Monitor debt levels and covenants; oversee foreign operations.
• Oversee financial systems, including Oracle implementation.
