Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY USA INC. in Jefferson City, MO, seeks an ITM Leader to drive Lean improvements at the factory level, linking ITM principles with digital tools to boost Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.

You will lead Kaizen events, coach leaders, and partner across functions to translate strategy into practical improvements. Bring 5+ years in manufacturing or related fields, with Power BI and Power Apps experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and influencing across functions and levels.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and performance management.
• Experience with Power Apps or other low-code platforms.

• Lead cost-out and productivity initiatives using Lean methods and data analytics.
• Coach and develop leaders and teams in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement
• Experience leading Kaizen events and influencing across functions and levels
• Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and performance management
• Experience with Power Apps or other low-code platforms
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred; experience with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar systems is a plus
