Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts on the manufacturing floor for HellermannTyton. This role is responsible for analyzing current production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. The engineer will work closely with various departments including plant leadership and hourly production personnel.
