Job summary

Ultradent Products Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator/Analyst to support continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.

You will gather and analyze data on customer complaints, NCRs, and process deviations to identify opportunities and implement solutions that boost efficiency and quality. You will collaborate with leadership, Supervisors, and Line Leaders to investigate concerns, update SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional activities while providing administrative support to

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and analyzing data related to manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of cGMP and Lean principles.
• Ability to coordinate documentation and SOP updates.
• Strong communication and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Observe and gather data regarding operational concerns.
• Recommend changes and improvements to manufacturing processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Work with leadership, Supervisors, and Line Leaders to identify and implement improvements.
• Support the team in maintaining current and accurate SOPs, including updates.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to manufacturing operations, including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and other departmental needs.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of departmental activities, initiatives, and events.
