Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge or experience with manufacturing systems (forecasting, MRP, SPC, labor).
• Strong understanding of workflow, quality, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lead a team and make quick operational decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, facilitating, and mentoring capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the assigned manufacturing cell.
• Coordinate workflow and assign work to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor production output and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Identify and implement continuous quality, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
• Foster safe work practices and ensure OSHA standards.
• Develop training to cross-train multifunctional employees.
