Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering and 8+ years of engineering, project management, or related manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience managing capital projects and leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform technical problem-solving.
• PMP certification (or willingness to pursue) and Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects (up to $10M) from concept through implementation, commissioning, and handoff, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Manage project scope, cost estimates, schedules, resources, procurement activities, and contractor/vendor relationships.
• Partner with operations, technical teams, and key stakeholders to improve site processes, equipment, infrastructure, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting equipment installation and startup.
