Job summary

The successful candidate will develop proposals, coordinate with vendors, and manage drawings and technical specs, including P&ID and PFD layouts, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in managing projects and fulfilling responsibilities with project engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of basic process drawings with emphasis on P&ID’s and PFD’s.

Responsibilities

• Scope and estimate capital projects under the Project Manager.
• Author capital expenditure requests and coordinate resources.
• Develop proposals or RFQs for capital investments and work with vendors/contractors.
• Define project scopes with cross-functional teams and ensure site objectives are met.
• Provide advisory input on technical specifications and equipment compliance.
• Manage procurement for capital projects and oversee on-site contractor activity.
• Support commissioning, startup, and qualifications; uphold health and safety standards.
• Communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders.
