Job summary

IPM Integrated Project Management Company is seeking a Project Engineer with CAPEX experience in manufacturing to lead capital projects and embed OpEx principles across lifecycle. The role involves driving Lean, safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements in GMP-regulated environments.

You will partner with client leaders, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and develop capital playbooks and delivery frameworks. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management or similar.
• 6+ years delivering capital projects in consulting or matrixed environments.
• Strong foundation in capital project management and operational excellence.
• Experience with Life Sciences, Consumer, or Industrial sectors.
• Travel willingness as required by client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital projects from initiation to startup.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget using IPM standards.
• Advise client leaders and translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Embed Lean and OpEx into capital planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams for GMP environments.
